Pre deceased by her husband Johnny and her parents Jack and Josephine Kenna, brother Michael and sister Mary.
Eileen passed away peacefully in her 88th year surrounded by her loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff and management of St. Vincent's Community Nursing Unit Mountmellick.
Much loved mother of Anthony, Robert, Pauline, John, Kevin, Elaine and Marian. Grandmother to Leanne, Ronan, Sara, Áine, David, Ella, Johnny, Andrew, Éimhin, Seán, Richard, Aidan and Ben, and great grandmother to Lana.
Sadly missed by her sister Josie, brothers Seán and Seamus, sister in law Mairead, sons in law Anthony, John and Richard, daughters in law Mary, Angie, Colette and Anne, nieces, nephews, the entire family and circle of good friends and neighbours.
May Eileen's Gentle Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.
Eileen will be reposing at her home; 1276 St. Evins Park (Eircode: W34PF75) on Sunday 20th April from 4pm-7.30pm with Rosary Recital at 7.30pm. And also on Monday 21st April from 2pm-5pm, departing from her home at 6.30pm to arrive at St. Peter and Paul's Church Monasterevin for Reception prayers at 7pm. Requiem Mass will take place on Tuesday 22nd April in St. Peter and Paul's Church at 10am, followed by internment in St. Evin's Cemetery Monasterevin.
