WHOOLEY (Munig South, Skibbereen): On October 24th 2025, peacefully at her home, after a long illness bravely borne, surrounded by her loving family. EILEEN (née Sheehy) pre-deceased by her husband John, her parents Owen and Maryann, her sister Margaret, her uncle Donal and his wife Tessie. Beloved mother to Pat, Ann, Michael and Joan. Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Dan and Kieran, daughter-in-law Deirdre, devoted Nana and Granny to Niamh, Oisín, Seán, Tino, Eóin, Joe, Cathal, Ellen, Maeve, Scarlett, Neasa, Fionn and Muireann. Deeply mourned by the Sheehy Family, James, Pat, Donie, Dermot, Anthony, Maureen, Michael, Kathleen and their families, relatives, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Hurley & O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home, Skibbereen on Sunday, October 26th 2025 from 6.30pm to 8.30pm followed by Prayers. Requiem Mass on Monday, October 27th 2025, at 11am in the Sacred Heart Church, Rath. This will be livestreamed here. Funeral immediately afterwards to Creagh Cemetery.

Eileen’s Funeral Cortege will leave her residence on Monday, October 27th 2025 at 9.45am proceeding to the Sacred Heart Church, Rath.
