Eileen Whooley (née Murray) La Touche Park, Greystones, Co. Wicklow. November 30th 2024, died peacefully in the loving care of the wonderful staff in the Blackrock Hospice. Predeceased by her husband Jimmy and son Conor, sisters Mary, Kathleen, Sheila, brothers Seamus, Tom and Brian.

 

Eileen will be dearly missed by her children Máire Seán, Séamus, Colm, Pádraig and Donal, son-in-law Kevin, daughters-in-laws Noeleen, Fiona, Lorraine and Irina. Eileen was a beloved grandma to 14 grandchildren, and great-grandma to 6 wonderful boys. Eileen will be sadly missed by her brother Frank, her nieces and nephews and her extended family together with her very good friends from La Touche Park, Delgany Golf Club, her swimming pals from The Cove and her wide circle of friends.

 

Reposing at her home on Wednesday evening (December 4th), from 5pm to 8pm.

Funeral Mass at Thursday (December 5th) at 10am in the Holy Rosary Church, Greystones (which can be viewed live on the following link) https://gkpastoralarea.ie/online/ after which Eileen will be laid to rest in Redford Cemetery, Greystones.
