Formerly of Church Street, Sligo.
The death has occurred peacefully of Eileen Winkler (née Finan), surrounded by her loving family in the great care of the doctors, nurses and staff at Sligo University Hospital.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Karl, her parents Margaret and George, sister Phyllis, brothers Tommy, J.J., George, Harry and Liam and her grandson Odhran.
Cherished mother of Ralph, Heidi, and Matthias.
She will be sadly missed by her sons, daughter, adored grandchildren Christopher, Karla, Oisín and Fionn, sister Doreen, brothers Padraig and Dessie, her partner Brendan, Ralph’s partner Maeve, son-in-law Philip, daughter-in-law Anna-Marie, family in Germany, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
Rest in Peace.
Reposing at The Foley and McGowan Funeral Home, Market Yard, Sligo on Wednesday 8th April from 6:00pm to 8:00pm.
A Celebration of Eileen’s Life will take place on Thursday 9th April at 6:00pm at McGowan’s Crematorium and Funeral Home, Collooney, Co. Sligo (F91AKW5) for family and friends, followed by cremation.
