Eilish Austin (Née Minnock), Grasslands, Dysart, Mullingar, Co. Westmeath, N91 C996, and formerly Clonshanny, Clara, Co. Offaly.

Peacefully at her home surrounded by her devoted and loving family.

Predeceased by her parents, John and May Minnock, her sisters-in-law Kitty, Dymphna and Mary and brother-in-law Joe.

Eilish will be sadly missed by her heartbroken family, loving husband and best friend Vincent, daughters Ethel (Wallace) and Lorraine (O’Connor), sons Kieran (Galway), Adrian and Paul (Clare), her 17 cherished and adored grandchildren, brothers Oliver and Leo, sons-in-law Brendan and Ronan, daughters-in-law Mary T. and Kim, Pauls’ partner Catriona, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, her best friends Mary and Imelda, relatives, great neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at her residence on Saturday 10th May from 3pm-8pm. Arriving for Funeral Mass on Sunday at 1 o’clock in St. Patricks’ Church Dysart N91 AF82. Funeral mass can be viewed on https://youtu.be/9_mqO3Veb4o . Burial immediately afterwards in Loughnavalley cemetery N91 YY73.
