Eily Andrews
(née McCarthy)
ANDREWS (Slip Lawn, Bantry): On December 12, 2020, peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family, EILY (née McCarthy), beloved wife of the late James, loving mother of Billy, Margot, Noel, Barry, Michael, Annette, Tony, Christine, Elaine, Alby, Aidan, the late Kevin and Barbara, dear sister of Bernie (Coffey) the late Mike, Albie and Donie, mother-in-law of the late Marion and Helen, sister-in-law of the late Mary and Dick. She will be sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Danny, Tommy and Kieran, daughters-in-law Denise, Mary, Catherine, Evelyn, Margaret and Ella, forever loved and missed by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters-in-law Geraldine and Sheila, nephews, nieces, relatives, kind neighbours and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Eily’s funeral will take place in accordance with Government and HSE guidelines on public gatherings. Her funeral cortège will leave her home at 11am approx. on Tuesday Dec. 15, for a private requiem Mass at 12noon at St Finbarr’s Church, Bantry (live streamed on www.bantryparish.ie), followed by burial in the Abbey Cemetery. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if desired to the Friends of Bantry General Hospital
