Eleanor passed away on 19th August 2025, peacefully, at St. Vincent's Hospital, Dublin, surrounded by family. Predeceased by her father Dermot. Beloved wife of Ian and much loved mother of Yvonne, Ian, Edwina and Ailis. Eleanor will be dearly missed by her loving family, mother Betty, sisters Pauline, Frances and Sabrina, brothers Joe and Jim, her beloved 15 grandchildren, sons-in-law Eugene, Brian and Tim, daughter-in-law Dara, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home, John's Green, Kilkenny (R95XE00) on Thursday (21st August) from 5pm to 7pm with Prayers at 6.30pm. Requiem Mass on Friday morning at 10.30am in St. John's Church, Kilkenny.
Funeral afterwards to St. Kieran's Cemetery.
House private please.
