Eileen (Eily) Shanahan nee Roche
Clancy Street, Fermoy, Co. Cork.
Eily passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving family. Beloved wife of the late Tim, daughter of the late Bill and Bridie (nee Barry), sister of the late Teddy and Margaret , mother-in-law of the recently deceased Pat Young. Dear mother of Mary (Young), Jimmy, Annette (Clancy Conway), Martin, Tim, Margaret (O’Carroll), Mark and Terence. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sons, daughters, sons-in-law Ailbe and Martin, daughters-in-law Marie, Ann, Antoinette, Roisín, Maria and Carmel, grandchildren David Clancy, Darragh and Cian O’Carroll, Colum, Jack, Ben, Lucy, Bryan, Josh, Ruairí, Ellen, Tadhg and Sean, nephews, sisters-in-law Ella Lovett, Peg Higgins and Heather Roche, cousin Noel Barry, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Rest in peace.
Eily will reposing at Ronayne’s Funeral Home Fermoy, visitation Monday from 6.00.pm. until 8.00.pm. Reception into St. Patrick’s Church Fermoy Tuesday for 12 noon Requiem Mass burial afterwards in Kilcrumpernew new cemetery.
