The death has occurred of
Elijah Edward (Eddie) Fogarty
FOGARTY (Cork) On 8th January 2026, unexpectedly but peacefully after a short illness, in the presence of his loving family and in the tender and exceptional care of the staff at the Cork University Hospital, ELIJAH EDWARD (EDDIE), Thorndale Estate, Dublin Hill and late of Tower and Cork City Hall. Dearly beloved husband of Elizabeth (Betty, nee O’Donovan).
Sadly missed by his loving wife, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended family, kind neighbours and friends.
Reposing at Coughlan’s Funeral Home, Shandon Street on Sunday (11th January) from 1.00pm, family in attendance at 3.00pm with Rosary Prayers at 4.00pm. Requiem Mass on Monday (12th January) at 11.00am in St. Oliver’s Church, Ballyvolane.
