The death has occurred of
Elizabeth (Betty) Abbott
Elizabeth Ruth Abbott (Betty) formerly of Carrickane, Cavan and Killegar, Co. Leitrim. Peacefully in the care of the staff of College View Nursing Home, Tuesday 18th November 2025. Predeceased by her husband Tom. Betty will be sadly missed by her son, Noel and his wife Jean, her grandchildren; Lynn and Aaron and her great grandchildren; Jessica, Abigail and Jaxson (all in Canada) and her many neighbours and friends.
Committal Service at 11am on Friday 21st November in Killegar Church Yard, Co. Leitrim. H12 PC66 followed by a service of Thanksgiving at 2pm in Cavan Baptist Church, Crubany, Co. Cavan, H12 ND36.
Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, in lieu of flowers to Cavan Baptist Church c/o Clive Magee, Funeral Director.
