and formerly of Donaghmede, Dublin 13.
Betty passed away on 20th August 2025, peacefully, in the tender care of the staff at Kilkenny Care Centre, Newpark. Beloved mother of Brian and Aisling. Betty will be dearly missed by her loving family, brother Dick, sister Bella, daughter-in-law Jacqui, grandchildren Jacob, Caoimhe and Vianne, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
Betty is predeceased by her parents James and Elizabeth Prendergast and siblings Maura, John, Edmund, Rita and Breda

Reposing in Johnston's Funeral Home, John's Green, Kilkenny (R95XE00) on Friday (22nd August) from 5pm to 7pm with Prayers at 6.30pm.
Requiem Mass on Saturday morning at 11am in St. Joseph's Church, Foulkstown.
Interment afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
House Private Please.
