Elizabeth (Betty) Coffey
(née Doona)

Betty passed away peacefully on the 2nd of April 2026 at home in the loving care of her family and the Palliative Care Team after a short illness bravely borne.

Deeply regretted by her adoring husband Raymond and her loving children Philip, Alison, Tom, Siobhán, Elizabeth, Raymond, Fiona and Kieran. Sadly missed by her daughters-in-law Kathleen, Bríd, Orla Moran and Oral Doyle, sons-in-law Danny Lynch, Damien Keane and Paul Whelton, treasured grandchildren Anita, Aoife, Katherine, Conor, Tara, Finola, Rayann, Beth, Simon, Alice, Tom, Laura, Cathal, Dara, Caoimhe, Saoirse and Ashling, great-grandsons Evan, Luke and Nate, sisters Chris and Philomena, brothers-in-law Dano and Maurice, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Betty is pre-deceased by her grandson Brian, son-in-law Mick Clifford, brothers Johnny, Darby and Thomas, and her Sisters Joan and Mary.

Reposing at O'Shea's Funeral Home, Killarney this Easter Sunday the 5th of April from 6:45pm to 8:30pm. Funeral arriving at Prince of Peace Church, Fossa at 10:30am on Easter Monday morning for Requiem Mass at 11:00am. Burial afterwards in Aghadoe Cemetery.
