Elizabeth (Betty) Finnegan (nee Smith) College St., Cavan.   Wednesday, November 23rd 2016, peacefully in the loving care of her family and the staff at College View Nursing Home, Cavan.   Beloved wife of the late Phil and mother of the late Gene.   Loving mother of Ann, Gerry, Philip, Marion, Rosie and Noel.   Sadly missed by her loving family,  sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, her adored grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brother Jackie, Main St., Cavan, sisters Alice McMahon, Trim, Margaret Ryan, Mullingar, and Eileen Downes, Drumree, Dunboyne, her brother-in-law, nephews, nieces and all her relatives and many friends. 

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at the home of her daughter Marion and son-in-law Charlie Greene, Edenticlare, Poles, Cavan from 9pm  tonight until removal tomorrow, Thursday evening, at 5.45pm to the Cathedral of Saints Patrick & Felim, Cavan arriving at 6.30pm.   Funeral Mass on Friday morning at 11am followed by burial in St. Brigid’s Cemetery, Killygarry.
