Elizabeth (Betty) FITZGERALD
(née Kelly)
Elizabeth (Betty) Fitzgerald (née Kelly), late of Bray, Co. Wicklow, formerly of Killiney, Co. Dublin, passed away after a short illness on Tuesday 17th February, 2026; strong, brave and gracious to the last.
Predeceased by her loving husband John, beloved mother to Sandra, Jackie and Elaine, adored and involved “sporty nana” to Scott, Kate, Juliette, Rebecca, Rόisín and Aoife, fond great-grandmother to Rían, Noah and Chloe. Betty will be sadly missed by her loving sisters Mary, Christine and their families, together with her sisters-in-law, Anna, Peggy, May, Eleanor and her husband Liam and by her extended family and friends. Loved by so many, our mother’s kind nature and beautiful smile will be forever missed.
Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Friday 20th from 7.30 pm - 9.00 pm. Funeral Service at the Victorian Chapel Mount Jerome Saturday 21st at 10.00am. Family, friends and neighbours are all invited to join us to celebrate her life.
