HEENEY (née Saunders), Betty, late of Ballinteer and formerly South Richmond Street, 30th September 2020, peacefully, in the care of the staff at Simpson’s Hospital, Dundrum. Beloved wife of the late Jimmy Heeney and loving mother to David, Tony, Sinead, Debra and Stephen; Betty will be very sadly missed by her children, daughters-in-law Ann, Attracta and Sandra, sons-in-law Peter and Damien, her adoring grandchildren Daniel, Stuart, Graham, Thomas, Aaron, Kela, Luke, Amy, Jake, Matthew, Beth, Grace, Robyn and Caoimhe, her brother Jimmy, sisters-in-law Pauline and Edie, brother-in-law Tony, nieces, nephews, and all her extended family, neighbours and friends.

In keeping with current government and HSE guidelines a private family funeral service will take place.
