Elizabeth (Betty) Holden (nee O'Neill) ''Villa Maria '' Ballymacelligott Tralee Co. Kerry and formerly of Magh Gortatlea and New York U.S.A.. Peacefully on August 24th 2024 with her family by her side under the wonderful care of the Palliative Care Team at University Hospital Kerry and the staff at Kilcara Nursing Home, Duagh. Predeceased by her parents Dan and Mary O'Neill and her sisters Bridie Fox (New York) and Peggy O'Sullivan (Killorglin). Sadly missed and fondly remembered by her loving husband Patrick, her adored children Marybeth, Stephanie (Leonard) and Aidan, son-in-law Michael,daughter-in-law Regina, her dearly cherished grandchildren Vincent, Grace, Sarah, Robyn and Cooper, brothers John, Tom and Dan, sisters Mary and Philomena, brother-in-law Paud, sister-in-law Bernie, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and many friends most especially the satff and residents at Kilcara Nursing Home Duagh .

Reposing at Tangney's Funeral Home Church Street Castleisland on Monday evening August 26th from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral arriving to St. Brendan's Church, Clogher, Ballymacelligott at 10/30am on Tuesday morning August 27th for Requiem Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in Clogher Cemetery Ballymacelligott. The Mass will be livestreamed on the Ballymacelligott Community Alert Facebook Page .
