The death has occurred of
Elizabeth (Betty) Hurley
(née Sheehan)
HURLEY (Westgate, Bishopstown, Cork): On March 27th, 2026, peacefully, at the Cork University Hospital, ELIZABETH (BETTY) (née Sheehan), beloved wife of the late Kennedy, loving mother of Michael, Eddie, Liza, Norma, Celine and the late Ken, sister to her only sibling the late Ted.
Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law Jim and Tim, daughters-in-law Amelia and Suzette, Celine’s partner Barry, grandchildren, cousins, relatives, neighbours and friends.
Betty’s funeral has taken place privately at the family’s request.
The family wish to thank all the staff in Cork University Hospital and Bishopscourt Nursing Home for the care shown to both Betty and her family.
