The death has occurred of Elizabeth (Betty) Maher (nee Kennedy), Castlemoyle, Boherlahan, Cashel and Ross, Golden, Co. Tipperary, November 12th 2025, in the kind and gentle care of All the Staff at Padre Pio Nursing Home, Holycross. In her 98th year, Betty was a generous and intellectual soul. Predeceased by her beloved husband T.J., infant daughter Mary, sons Thomas and Denis, sisters Maighréad, Mary and Mona, brothers Tom and Jack. Sadly missed by her loving daughter Julianne and her partner Robin, grandsons Colin and his partner Mara, Donncha and his partner Tina, great-grandchildren Hailie and Thomas, nephews, nieces, relatives, wonderful neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Devitt’s Funeral Home this Friday evening from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Requiem Mass on Saturday in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Boherlahan at 11.30am and can be viewed on https://churchcamlive.ie/boherlahan-dualla-parish/ followed by Burial in Ardmayle Cemetery.
