McDaid (née Duignan), Elizabeth (Betty), Clondalkin and formerly Skryne, Co. Meath, 23rd December 2025. Peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of Crampton Ward, Tallaght Hospital.

Beloved wife of the late Pat and much loved mother to John, Edel, Paul. Colm and Sinead. Betty will be sadly missed and forever remembered by her sons, daughters, grandchildren Niamh, Shane, Abby, Jake, Ben, Croíagh, Aoibhe, Luke and Asa, sisters-in-law Josie and Bríd, brother-in-law Seamus, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at her home on Sunday, 28th December between 4pm – 7pm. Funeral Mass on Monday morning at 11am in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clondalkin followed by burial in Newlands Cross Cemetery.
