The death has occurred of
Elizabeth (Betty) Murphy
(née Geoghegan)
Murphy, (née Geoghegan), Elizabeth (Betty), Glasnevin, - 9th September 2023, (peacefully) surrounded by her loving family, in the care of the staff at the Mater Hospital. Predeceased by her beloved husband Michael, sisters Marie and Joan, brothers Tony and Noel and granddaughter Catherine.
Sadly missed by her children Sara, Brian, Mairéad and Elizabeth and their partners Martin, Susan, Tim and Karl, her sisters Rita and Patricia, grandchildren Shauna, James, Liam, Tadhg, Dónal, Lizzie, Clodagh and John, as well as by her extended family and many friends, especially Maureen and Marie.

Betty’s Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday morning (14th September) at 10 o’clock in Our Lady of Victories Church, Ballymun Road, followed by burial in Mount Jerome Cemetery. Betty's Funeral Mass can be viewed on the following link: click here
Betty’s family would like to extend a special word of thanks to the staff at Seanchara Nursing Home, who took such wonderful care of Betty in her final years.
