Elizabeth (Betty) O’Brien, née Kelly, Basin View, Tralee, County Kerry passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the wonderful care of the staff of University Hospital Kerry on the 16th March 2026.

Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Tim and grandson Martin.

Sadly missed by her children Mary, Helen, Timothy, Betty and Pauline, sons-in-law Tim, David and George, cherished grandchildren Timothy, Brian, Christopher, Paula, Eoin, Ronan, Hugh, Anthony, Erika, Kelly, Jesse, Zach and beloved great-grandchildren Sophie, Martin, Willow, Alison, Liam, Dylan, Darragh and Abbie, sister-in-law Eileen Kelly, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, friends and her much loved companion Lassie.

Reposing at The Rose Chapel, Hogan's Funeral Home, Tralee V92 FX76 on Wednesday 18th March 2026 from 6.00pm to 7.30pm. Funeral Cortége arriving at St. Brendan's Church, Curraheen V92 R275 on Thursday 19th March at 10.30am for 11.00 Requiem Mass which will be live-streamed on https://hogansfuneralhome.com/. Burial afterwards in Annagh Cemetery.
