Elizabeth (Betty) O’Brien, (née Reilly) (Summerhill, Dublin) –January 20th, 2026. Passed away peacefully at The Mater Hospital. Beloved wife of the late Paul (Polish) and cherished mother of Paul, Jacquline and Darren.

 

Sadly missed and forever remembered by all her loving family, sisters Sarah, Mago and Mary, brother Paddy, sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, daughters-in-law Jade and Lesley, son-in-law Mark, her adored grandchildren Robin, Abbey, Cass, Jackson, Roman, MJ, Ruben, Missey, Rylah and Rivera, and great-grandchildren Buddy and Austin, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends.

 

May she Rest in Peace

 

Betty will repose at her home from 2pm to 4pm on Sunday (Jan 25th). Removal on Monday morning (Jan 26th) to Our Lady of Lourdes Church, Sean McDermott Street arriving for 10am Mass, followed thereafter to Glasnevin Cemetery (St.Paul’s).
