The death has occurred of
Elizabeth (Betty) O'Donovan
(née Lynch)
O'Donovan (Kinsale) on September 25th 2021 peacefully at Aperee Living Belgooly and surrounded by her loving family. Elizabeth (Betty) (nee Lynch), Barrack Green and late of Scilly, beloved wife of the late Donal and treasured mother of Jennifer, Elizabeth, Louise and Daniel and sister of the late Marjorie and Ann.
Sadly missed by her loving family, grandchildren Luke, Cian, Fay, Gene, Gabriella, Aoibheann, Kayla and Christopher, sisters Frances, Sarah and Claire, brothers David and Billy, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, work colleagues, relatives, her large circle of friends and her neighbours at Barrack Green.
Betty's funeral cortège will leave Gabriel and O'Donovan's Funeral Home on Tuesday at 1.40pm en route to St. John the Baptist Church, Kinsale for a Requiem Mass at 2pm which will be livestreamed on www.kinsale-parish.org. After the Funeral Mass, Betty's funeral cortège will proceed in the traditional route through Kinsale town via Scilly en route to St. Eltin's Cemetery, Kinsale.
