The death has occurred of Elizabeth (Betty) Smith (nee Boylan), Cranadillon, Virginia, Co. Cavan. Peacefully at Cavan General Hospital on the 1st February 2021.
Beloved wife of Peter and loving mother of Michael and Olivia. Sadly missed by her daughter in law Caroline, son in law Stefan and grandchildren Ciaran and Sarah, sister Phyllis Doyle and brother Paddy Boylan, brother and sister in law, cousins and friends.

Remains leaving O’Dwyer’s Funeral Home this Wednesday, February 3rd at 10.20am for arrival at Mary Immaculate Church, Virginia for funeral Mass at 11am. Burial afterwards in adjoining cemetery. Funeral cortege will be traveling to chapel via her residence at Cranadillon, Virginia and people are invited to form a guard of honour along the route.
In compliance with Current Covid 19 guidelines, the family home and funeral home will remain private. Betty’s funeral Mass will be restricted to family members only. The funeral Mass can also be viewed online by clicking the below link
