Elizabeth (Betty) Sydenham
Elizabeth (Betty) Sydenham: On November 27th 2025 peacefully in the loving care of the staff of Marymount University Hospital & Hospice. Betty, daughter of the late John & Elizabeth Sydenham and beloved sister of Carol (Kelly) and the recently deceased Mary Prendergast. Late teacher of the Holy Faith Secondary School, Clontarf. Deeply regretted by her sister Carol, brother-in-law Mike, nephews, nieces, Conor Eoghan, Orla, Aedín, Rory, Evan & Morgan. Grandnephews & nieces Cian, Oisín, Meadhbh, Eimhin, Anna, Grace, Elise, Jordan, Conor, Róisín, Caragh, Mia, Sam, Matthew and Joey and great-aunt to Stella, related family and a wide circle of friends.
Reposing at Temple Hill Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh O’Connor Ltd. on Sunday (November 30th) from 2.00pm to 3.00pm
Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Monday (December 1st) in St. Columba’s Church, Douglas, Cork which will be live streamed on
Funeral afterward to The Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy.
