The death has occurred of Elizabeth (Betty) Thompson (née Hughes), peacefully at St. James Hospital on December 30th, late of Clondalkin and formally of Camac Park. Predeceased by her loving husband Patrick, son Gerard, parents, sisters and brothers. Sadly missed by her sons Patrick and Raymond, daughters in law Marie and Orlagh, grandchildren Joy, Harry, Ruby and Ciara all her nieces and nephews, and her niece Margaret who cared for her in recent years, grand nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends. Also the staff and friends at Bellvilla nursing home.

Reposing at Massey Bros Funeral Home, Clondalkin Village, D22 EOCO on Thursday between 3pm and 6pm. Funeral Mass on Friday morning at 11.30 in the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clondalkin, followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery. To view Betty’s Funeral Mass, please click here.
