VAUGHAN (Ardfallen Estate, Douglas Road and formerly of Mount Carmel Road, Ballyphehane, Cork): On December 24th, 2025, peacefully, in the presence of family and friends and in the wonderful care of the staff at St Luke’s Home, Mahon, ELIZABETH (Betty), (née Varian), beloved wife of the late Frank and adored mother of Jackie, Tina, Elaine, Catherine and the late David.

Betty will be dearly missed by her loving family, brothers William and Patrick, sister Josephine, sons-in-law Martin, Patrick and John, grandchildren Daniel, Lauren, Cassandra, Alex, Grace, David and John, great-grandson William, nephews, nieces, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at the Temple Hill Funeral Home, Boreenmanna Road of Jerh. O’Connor Ltd; On Tuesday (December 30th) from 3.00pm to 4.00pm followed by Cremation Service at the Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork.

The family wish to thank the staff at St Luke’s home for their wonderful care of Betty.
