Broekhoven (née De Brit), Elizabeth - Late of Blackrock, Co. Dublin, passed peacefully on 30th January 2026, surrounded by her loving family and in the exceptional care of the staff at Blackrock Hospice. Predeceased by her dear husband Peter and daughter Jane.

 

Deeply regretted and lovingly remembered by her partner Ray, daughter Brigid, grandchildren Lizzy, Ruth, Heddi, Paul, Johanna, Victoria, James and Darren, her cherished great-grandchildren Harryray, Milo, Sarah, Jesse, Jack, Ellie, Mannix and Tiernan, her much-loved dogs Sugar and Spice, extended family, including her children Henry, Maria and Ann, neighbours and her many friends.

 

May she Rest in Peace.

 

Removal on Thursday morning, 5th February, to the Church of the Guardian Angels, Newtownpark Avenue, arriving at 9.40am for reception and words from the family prior to 10.00am Requiem Mass, followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium, in the Victorian Chapel.
