The death has occurred of
Elizabeth (Eilis) Sweeney
(née Murphy)
Sweeney, Elizabeth (Eilis), (née Murphy) (Clontarf, and formerly of Barndarrig), 11th March 2025, peacefully in the care of staff at Care Choice Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family. Predeceased by her loving husband William. Elizabeth will be very sadly missed by her sons Francis, Joseph, John and Eamonn, daughters-in-law Cyrilene, Marie and Jean, grandchildren Alicia, Owen, Ronan, Shauna, Lorin and Lianna, great grandchildren Oscar and Leo, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends and neighbours.

Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu of flowers to The Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland.
Removal on Tuesday morning, 18th March to St Anthony’s Church, Clontarf, arriving for Funeral Mass at 10am, followed by burial in Barndarrig Cemetery, County Wicklow, arriving at approximately 1pm.
