The death has occurred of Elizabeth (Emma) Rogers (Née Kenny) – Multyfarnham, Co. Westmeath and formerly Moatefarrell, Co. Longford – September 23, 2024 (peacefully) in her 91st year at Portiuncula Nursing Home, Multyfarnham.

Beloved wife of the late Peter (Currygranne, Ballinalee) and sister of the late Joe. Dear mother of Josephine and Teresa and cherished grandmother of Emily, Hannah and Aileen; Emma will be very sadly missed and forever remembered by her family, sons-in-law Milly and Nigel, sisters Brenda and Sylvia, sister-in-law Patsy (Kenny), brothers-in-law, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Reposing at Portiuncula Nursing Home Chapel on Tuesday from 5 pm concluding with prayers at 7 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday in St Nicholas’ Church, Multyfarnham at 11 am followed by burial in St Peter’s The Rock Cemetery.
