On March 29th, 2026, peacefully, in her 92nd year, surrounded by her loving family and in the exceptional care of the staff of Ward 1A at Cork University Hospital.

 

Beloved wife of the late Paddy and cherished only child of the late Richard and Lil. Dearly loved and devoted mother of Mary, Carmel and Trish, and the late Richard and Joan.

 

Lily will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her heartbroken daughters, sons-in-law Martin Mulcahy, Michael Crowley, Donal Scully and Leonard Coady, her adored grandchildren Conor, Lisa, Paul, Kevin, Jack, Billy, Laura, Rachel, Hannah, Joanne, Patrick and Liam, Lisa’s husband Matt, brother-in-law John and his wife Julie, her dear cousins, relatives, kind neighbours and her wide circle of friends.

 

May Lily Rest in Peace.

 

Lily will repose at O’Farrell’s Funeral Home, Riverside Way, Midleton, P25 X382, on Tuesday 31st March from 5.00pm to 6.30pm.

 

Funeral Mass on Wednesday 1st April at 11.00am in St. Mary’s Church, Carrigtwohill, followed by burial in the adjoining Cemetery.
