GRIFFIN (née O’Connell) (Glenlough West, Bantry): On March 26, 2020, in her 90th year, after a short illness borne with great dignity and courage, peacefully at home in the arms of her family ELIZABETH (Lily) beloved wife of the late Jeremiah (Bob), loving sister of the late Con, Pete, Pat, Michael and Infant Eileen, deeply loved mother of Paddy, Gerry and Jimmy, cherished mother-in-law of Catherine, adored and proud nan to James, Caroline, Michelle and Jason. Doting great nana to Damien, Jacob, Addyson and Lillia. Sadly missed by her family, nephew, nieces, caring neighbours and close friends.

May her gentle kind soul rest in perfect peace.

In accordance with the current government guidelines on
 public gatherings, Lily’s funeral will take place privately.

Her family would like you to join them for her Requiem  Mass via a live stream on www.bantryparish.ie on Saturday March 28 at 12noon from St Finbarr’s Church, Bantry.

Burial Private. 

 A memorial service will take place at a later date to honour
 and remember an extraordinary lady and friend.
