Elizabeth (Lily) STAUNTON
(née Duggan)
STAUNTON, Elizabeth (Lily) (née Duggan), (late of Churchtown, Dublin and formerly of Douglas, Cork) passed away peacefully on the 30th of July 2023, surrounded by her loving family, in the wonderful care of the staff at Belmont House Nursing Home. Beloved wife of the late John and loving mother to Eilish, John and Fionnuala; Lily will be sadly missed by her loving son, daughters, sons-in-law Paddy and Donncha, daughter-in-law Patricia, sister-in-law Noreen, grandchildren Sarah, Jack, Emma, Isabelleand Grace, nephews, nieces, and all extended family, neighbours and friends.
Lily’s family would like to offer their sincere gratitude to all the staff at Belmont House for all the care and support given to Lily during her time with them.
Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam
Lily will be reposing in the Larry Massey Funeral Home, Eden Centre, Grange Road, Rathfarnham, on Tuesday evening from 5pm to 7pm. Removal on Wednesday morning the Holy Cross Church, Dundrum, arriving for 10.30am Mass, followed by burial in Deansgrange Cemetery.
