The death has occurred of Elizabeth (Liz) Dwyer (née Carty) The Plains, Boyle, Co. Roscommon. October 29th 2023, (suddenly) at University Hospital, Sligo. Pre-deceased by her parents John and Elizabeth Carty and her two children Michael and Martina. Liz will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Jim, brothers Bertie, John-Joe, Timmy and Gerry, sister Mary (Mc Keon) brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Reposing at Mahon’s Funeral Home, Boyle, on Thursday evening, (November 2nd) from 4 p.m. until 8p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Joseph’s Church, Boyle, on Friday morning at 11.30 a.m. Interment afterwards in Assylinn Cemetery.
House private to family and close friends only please.
