TWOMEY (White’s Cross, Cork): On January 18th, 2024, peacefully, in her 96th year, at home in the presence of her loving family, ELIZABETH (Liz, née Barry), late of Knockaheem, Leamlara, dearly loved wife of the late William (Willie) and much loved mother of Olive, Lilian, Billy, Barry, Valerie, Eileen, Audrey and the late Jerry and John and loving sister of the late Jo, Mary, Dave, Eily, Meg, John, Pad, Mike, Den and Pete.

Sadly missed by her loving family, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister-in-law Clare, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and friends especially her carer Mowell.

Reposing at Barry Bros. Funeral Home, Hazelwood, Glanmire on Sunday (January 21st) from 3.00pm to 4.00pm.

Requiem Mass at 11.00am on Monday (January 22nd) in St. Joseph’s Church, Springhill, Glanmire which can be viewed

Funeral afterwards to Rathcooney Cemetery.
