Peacefully, in Cavan General Hospital, following a short illness. Deeply regretted by her husband Michael and her four sons Sean, Michael, Brian and David, daughters-in-law Aileen, Edel and Una and her eight grandchildren, her brother Peter O’Neill, nieces, nephews and large extended family.

Removal on Wednesday to St Colmcille's Church, Aughnacliffe arriving for 11 o'clock Funeral Mass followed by burial in adjoining cemetery. Given the current exceptional circumstances and in line with H.S.E guidelines Lizzy’s home, Funeral mass and burial will be strictly private to family only, limited to 50 persons in the Church while also requesting strict adherence to social distancing in the vicinity of the Church grounds and cemetery.
