Elizabeth MacARTHUR

MacARTHUR, Elizabeth (Sandymount/Merrion) passed peacefully at St. Vincent’s University Hospital on October 4th, 2025. Daughter of the late Theresa (Daisy) and Reginald. Cherished mother of Elisabeth, Michelle, Daragh, Declan & Ronan, mother-in-law of Andrew, Michel and Joanne, sister of Helen and Margot and sister-in-law of Conor & Padraig.

Elizabeth was a proud and adoring grandmother to Daisy, Holly, Kila, Maya, Fionn, Rachel, Iseult, Sadbh & Rose. Remembered also by many relatives and friends who appreciated and loved her through her fulsome and fulfilling life. Especially remembering her son Daragh, still loved and missed and George Cheatle, her loving partner of many years.

Elizabeth will be very sadly missed by all of her loving family, relatives and friends, and for her creativity, humour and positivity.

Funeral service on Friday morning, October 10th at 11 a.m., at St. Mary’s Star of the Sea Church, Sandymount, Dublin 4, D04 T0A8, followed by interment at St Patrick's, Deansgrange Cemetery, Deansgrange Road, Co. Dublin.
