Elizabeth McConnell
(née Nolan)
Elizabeth McConnell passed away peacefully on the 2nd of November 2024, in the kind and gentle care of the staff of the Bons Secours Hospital, Glasnevin, surrounded by her loving and devoted family. Beloved wife of Tom. Adored and much loved mother of Vivienne, Eugene, Colm, Brian, Cormac and Enda. Sadly missed by her son-in-law Tony, daughters-in-law Maudy and Marie, and Gilberto. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered by her grandchildren, Eavan, Aoife, Orla, Daniel, Kevin, Ailbhe, Darragh, Róisín, Robert, Sarah and Nicholas, great-grandchildren, Juliana, Abigail, Zelda, Bernard, Amelia and Olivia. Deeply regretted by her sisters Patti, Maura, Úna, Sylvia and Bernie, brother Michael, brothers-in-law Peadar and Gus, sisters-in-law Evelyn, Nancy and Margaret, nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and many friends.
May Elizabeth's gentle soul rest in peace.
Reposing in Stafford’s Funeral Home, Golf Links Road, Portmarnock on Tuesday, 5th November, from 5pm to 7pm. Removal to St Gabriel's Church, Dollymount, Clontarf on Wednesday morning for 10:30am Funeral Mass followed by burial in Balgriffin Cemetery ext.
Family flowers only please. Donations, if desired, to St. Francis Hospice, Raheny.
