Elizabeth Mooney (née Egan) (Kimmage, Dublin) 24th September 2025. Peacefully in the loving care of her family, and the nursing team at St James’ Hospital. Predeceased by her dearly beloved husband James, her brothers James, Paddy and Johnny and her sisters Margaret and Rosie. Devoted mother to her sons Paddy, John, Christopher and James and her daughters Margaret, Rosaleen and Elizabeth.

Adored Nanny of Karen, John, Jennifer, Nicola, Sean, Adam, Brian, Mark, Nieve, Megan, Aoife, Aaron and Conor and great-grandchildren. Elizabeth will be lovingly remembered by her daughters-in-law Marie, Sue, and Teresa, sons-in-law Gary, Harry and Kevin, her sisters Mero, Teresa and Alice, nieces, nephews, extended family, relatives, friends, neighbours and the Dovida Home care team.

Reposing at Fanagans Funeral Home, Lower Kimmage Road on Sunday, (28th September) from 3pm to 5pm. Removal on Monday morning (September 29th) to the Church of St Paul of the Cross, Mount Argus, arriving for Funeral Mass at 11:30am followed by cremation in Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross.
