Elizabeth Rothwell
(née Shirley)

The death has occurred of Elizabeth Rothwell (née Shirley), who passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family.

Beloved and cherished wife of the late John, and devoted mother of Lester, Paul, Shirley, and the late Roy, Caroline, and Ruby. She will be sadly missed by her daughters-in-law, Gladys and Lorraine.

Elizabeth was a much-loved grandmother to Roscha, Dale, Alex, Moya, and Sianne. She was a caring friend and had a great love for teaching. She will be deeply missed and forever loved by her heartbroken family, sons, daughter, grandchildren, her brother Joe, extended family, neighbours, and friends.

May she rest in peace.

Reposing at Lackendarragh (Y21 WOY5) on Friday 17th April from 2.00pm to 8.00pm. Funeral Service on Saturday 18th April at 12.00 noon in St. Brigid’s Church, Killrush (Y21YO23) followed by burial in the adjoining graveyard.

Family flowers only, please. Donations, if desired, to Parkinson’s Ireland.
