ELLEN AHERNE (née O’Callaghan) Castleview, Carrigtwohill and formerly of Shandon, Dungarvan. On April 27th 2021 peacefully in the care of the amazing staff at Marymount University Hospital & Hospice, Cork. Beloved wife of John, loving mother of Ruth and Johnny, adoring Nana to her little star Lucy, sister of Mai, Cáit, Denise, Susan, Richie and the late Pat. Sadly missed by her family, son in law Denis (O’Brien), mother Bridget and extended family, neighbours and a large circle of friends.

HOUSE PRIVATE IN LINE WITH RESTRICTIONS.

In accordance with current government guidelines on public gatherings, the Requiem Mass and cremation will be private. The CONDOLENCES link below is open, if you wish to send a message to Ellen’s family who thank you for your cooperation, consideration and sympathy at this difficult time.

Ellen will leave her family home on Friday 30th at 215pm, travelling onto Carrigane Road & onwards via Main Street to the private Mass which can be viewed live from 3pm using this link www.carrigtwohillparish.ie
