Ellen Byrne
(née Flynn)
Byrne (Née Flynn) Ellen (Nellie), Boherboy, Saggart, Co. Dublin. 10th June 2023 at Tallaght University Hospital surrounded by her loving family, after a brief illness. Predeceased by her loving husband, Joe and her daughter Sarah. A loving mother, mother-in-law, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, sister-in-law, aunt, and friend.
Sadly missed by her children, Esther, Mary, Joseph and Kathleen, daughter-in-law Ashling, grandchildren Joseph, Michael, Amy, Leanne, Matthew, Ashling, Mia, Adam, Holly, Aaron, Sophie, Jack, Lucy, Chloe, and her husband Tevin, great grandsons, Charlie and Cian, sister Esther, extended family members, Jeff and Joe, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and her many friends, namely Eamonn and Geraldine.
Reposing at Clarke’s Funeral Home, Burgage More, Blessington W91YN79 on Tuesday from 5.00pm to 7.00pm. Removal on Wednesday to the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Saggart for requiem mass at 11.00am, followed by burial in Saggart Cemetery.

Ellen’s family would like to thank the medical staff of Tallaght University Hospital, alongside all other staff members, for their outstanding kindness, empathy, and wonderful dedication to caring for the sick. ‘God bless you all’.
