Ellen 'Eileen' Farrell

Peacefully on Friday 23rd January 2026 at Stepping Hill Hospital, Stockport.

 

Eileen, aged 78 and of Hazel Grove, Stockport, formerly of Herbertstown, Co Limerick was pre-deceased by her beloved husband, Kevin, brothers Conor and Jerry and sisters Betty and Noreen.

 

Eileen will be deeply missed and forever loved by her sons, Keith and Kieron, daughter, Áine, grandchildren Annie, Méabh and JJ, daughter in law, Elizabeth, son in law John, sisters, Breda, Kathleen and Mary, nieces and nephews, brothers and sisters in law, dearest family and friends and everyone who loved and knew her.

 

Removal at 8pm on Thursday 26th February to St. Peter's RC Church, Hazel Grove. Requiem Mass to be held on Friday 27th February 2026 at 12:00 noon followed by committal at Stockport Crematorium

(Cypress Chapel).

Requiem Mass will be offered for our Mum, Eileen and her sister Noreen, at Sacred Heart Church, Herbertstown, on Saturday 14th March at 7.30 pm.
