Peacefully on 30th October 2025 in the excellent care of the wonderful staff of Catherine McAuley House, Beaumont.

Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Brian, Ellen will be sadly missed by her children Geraldine, Nuala, Anne, Carol, Paul and Brian, her sister Phil Giles, her twelve much-loved grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and neighbours.

Reposing at the Fanagan Kirwan Funeral Home, Fairview Strand on Sunday, 2nd November from 2.30pm until 4.00pm. Removal to St Columba’s Church, Iona Road on Monday, 3rd November arriving for Requiem Mass at 10.30am followed by burial in Glasnevin Cemetery.
