On Monday, September 8th, 2025, Ellie, passed away very peacefully at home, surrounded by her adoring family.

Deeply loved by her sons and daughter, Paul, Owen, Martin and Naomi. Beloved wife of recently deceased John (Seán) and much-loved sister of the late Paddy, Michael and Tony and daughter of the late Catherine and Larry.

Ellie will be greatly missed by her daughter and sons and by their partners; Debbie, Seán and Declan, by her sister Kay Campbell (Longford), dearly loved grandchildren Kevin, Mandy, Jamie, Christopher, Adam, Eric and their partners, great granddaughter Addison and Mandy’s partner Matthew. She will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews and by the extended Flynn and Clabby family, lovely neighbours and friends.

Thursday, September 11th, 2025

Reposing at the O' Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway (H91 V1K8) from 5.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

 

Friday, September 12th, 2025

Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Ellie on arrival at 11.00 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church, Presentation Road. Private cremation to follow on Saturday.

 

House private Please.

Memorial donations if desired to the Galway Hospice.
