Who died on Monday 12th January 2026.
Ellen passed away peacefully in her 97th year in the tender care of her loving family and all the staff in The South East Palliative Care Centre, Oak Ward, University Hospital Waterford, predeceased by her husband Paddy, son Jimmy, parents Richard and Bridget, brother James, sisters Jo, Bridie and Mary.
Ellen will be sadly missed by her loving sons Andy, Dick, John and Nicky, daughters Bridget, Marie, Eileen, Angela and Bernie, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister-in-law Mary, nieces, nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.
MAY ELLEN REST IN PEACE
Ellen will be reposing in Power's Funeral Home, Ferrybank, on Wednesday, 14th January, from 5pm followed by removal at 7.45pm to The Sacred Heart Church, Ferrybank, Ellen's Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday 15th January at 12noon, after which Ellen will be laid to rest in the adjoining cemetery..
