Ellen GLYNN
(née Moran)

Ellen Glynn (née Moran) of New Oak Estate, Carlow and formerly of Raheendoran, Co Carlow, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, in her 106th year, on November 8th, 2024, under the loving care of the nurses and staff of Hillview Nursing Home, Tullow Rd., Carlow.

Beloved wife of the late Johnny, much loved mother of Mary, Mikey and Kathleen and adored grandmother of Karina, Kenneth, Jacqueline, Cliona, Michelle, Aideen, Dermot and Orla.

She will be sadly missed by her loving son, daughters, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Sean and John, daughter-in-law Lilly, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.

May Ellen’s Gentle Soul Rest in Peace

Reposing at Carpenter Bros. Funeral Home, Shamrock Sq, (Eircode R93 C863) on Saturday, November 9th, from 3pm, concluding with Prayers at 8pm that evening. Removal on Sunday at 12.15pm to St. Fintan’s Church, Ballinabranna, (via her residence) arriving for Funeral Mass at 1pm. Burial afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
