Ellen McCORMACK, formerly Clooney
(née Lawlor)
Ellen McCormack (née Lawlor), formerly Clooney, of Bray, Co. Wicklow, passed away suddenly, but peacefully, in her 87th year, on Monday 19th January, 2026, while in the loving care of Atlanta House Nursing Home, Bray. Loving wife of the late Seamus McCormack and Tony Clooney. She will be deeply missed by her loving son Gerard Clooney, daughter-in-law Amanda, grandchildren Jessica and Sarah and by her extended family and friends.
Reposing at Colliers Funeral Home, Old Connaught Avenue, Bray on Thursday (Jan.22) from 4.00pm to 6.00pm. Requiem Mass on Friday morning (Jan.23) at 10.00am in St. Peter’s Church, Little Bray, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery.
