The death has occurred of Ellen (Nell) Cosgrove (nee Fahy), Bronx, NY USA. Formerly of Kinvara, Co. Galway and Bangor-Erris, Co. Mayo. Died peacefully after a short illness April 6th 2024. Pre-deceased by her loving husband John, twin daughters, Rose & Maureen, Parents Thomas & Maureen, Brother John and sisters Teresa and Christina. Survived by her children Michael (Siobhan), Geraldine (Joe), Deirdre (Rick), grandchildren Rebekah, Aidan, Eoghan, Maura, Finnian, & Shane & nephews and niece.
Reposing at Hodder Farenga Funeral Home, 899 McLean Ave, Yonkers NY, Wednesday, April 10th, from 4pm to 8pm. Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, April 11th, at St Barnabas Church, 409 E 241st Bronx NY at 10:45am. Removal to Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Hawthorne NY.
Family flowers only. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Kevin Bell Repatriation Trust.
Months mind mass to be held in Kinvara at a later date.
