Ellen (Nellie) Byrne
(née McGregor)
Byrne, Ellen (Nellie) (née McGregor), (Chapelizod, Dublin) June 2nd, 2025 (peacefully) surrounded by her loving family in the excellent care of the staff at Clondalkin Lodge Nursing Home. Predeceased by her loving husband Dessie and cherished daughter Angela. Much loved mam of Dermot, Collette, Barney, Olive, Ger, Derek and Sandy. Sadly missed by her loving sons, daughters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives and friends.
May she rest in peace.
Reposing at Cunningham’s Funeral Home, Blanchardstown on Thursday evening (June 5th) between 5 pm and 7 pm. Removal on Friday morning (June 6th) to the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Chapelizod arriving for Funeral Mass at 10 am followed by burial in Palmerstown Cemetery.
